About Ride Aligned

What is the Bike setup guide?

Ride Aligned is a bike setup guide that provides personalized settings tailored specifically for you. Your height, weight, body proportions, and the trails you ride are all taken into account to provide you with an accurate baseline that you can adjust as you ride.

Why does it matter to me?

Bike setup can be complicated but also makes a significant difference to how your bike performs. Even novice riders can benefit from relatively small setup changes. Ride Aligned makes bike setup easy so you spend less time tinkering and more time on the trails.

How does it work?

Start by selecting your bike, inputting your height and weight, and selecting your frame size. The information you enter is run through an algorithm Norco has developed to estimate your weight distribution on the bike and provide you with a customized baseline setup for cockpit, tire pressures and suspension settings.

Once you’ve ridden the setup a few times, you can use the “Setup Assistant” to fine tune your bike based on your preferences and the trails you ride.

Simple, eh!

See our How To instructions and we'll walk you through it and get your bike Ride Aligned.

How is the data collected?

We spend hours of time on the trails gathering feedback from test riders and logging data from sensors mounted to their bikes. We combine the information we collect on the trails with suspension dyno data and weight distribution measurements taken in our R&D lab, the NEST to create a database of bike settings for different riders.
